2. About the Service

Urjo is a logic challenge platform. By using Urjo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. User Accounts

You may use Urjo without an account. Creating an account allows you to track your progress, set a display name and flag, and access additional features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to solve challenges or interact with the service.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Share solutions publicly in a way that spoils the experience for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All challenges, designs, and content on Urjo are the property of Provider or its content creators and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Urjo's challenges or content without prior written permission.

Your solve data, statistics, and ratings are associated with your account and may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and other pages as part of the service.

6. Recommendations (Paid Feature)

Users may optionally purchase recommendations to increase the visibility of a specific challenge to other players.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Delivery. Recommendations begin immediately after payment. A recommendation delivers a specified number of completed solves by other players. The estimated delivery time is shown at the time of purchase but is not guaranteed. Challenges with higher ratings may take longer to fulfill.

Refunds. Because recommendations are a digital service that begins delivery immediately, refunds are generally not available once solves have started being delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us and we will resolve the situation or issue a refund.

No guarantee of results. A recommendation increases visibility of your challenge. We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as solve quality or solver skill level.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Urjo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solute Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
